4: Protocol for recognition of achievement: Proposals for recognition of achievement may be submitted and voted upon by members of the club at regular meetings. Recognition could be for members of the club, their immediate family, or a person in the Ukrainian American community of Southwest Florida. Recognition of achievement will be read and included in the minutes of the meeting, closest to the achievement. In addition, a certificate for recognition of achievement will be presented to the recipient at the next appropriate occasion, club, president, secretary, or a designated member, will design and provide such certificate, properly written and signed by all available club members. A congratulatory letter, signed by the president of the club, and as many members as possible will be given or sent to the recipient of the recognition. This recognition of achievement will be announced at the next community gathering such as picnic dance brunch, etc. |
