Special Mission: Alliance of Victory, May 2025




Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA) is proud to announce a continuous partnership with Ukrainian Focus, enjoying Mission 13 Alliance of Victory Convoy, a large-scale humanitarian effort delivering ambulances and evacuation vehicles to Ukraine's front lines.Mission 13 brought together 33 volunteers from seven countries to deliver ambulances and evacuation vehicles sourced across Europe.


The mission kicked off on May 17. UCCA executive director Tamara Olexy and former UCCA president Andriy Futey Volunteered to drive the 1800+ kilometer journey.




Departing from Brussels, Belgium, where the vehicles were stationed, the convoy traveled with planned stops in Berlin, Germany, and Wroclaw, Poland, and Rzeszow, Poland, before arriving at the border.


Mission 13 convoy approaching the Polish Ukrainian border. Through Belgium, Germany, and Poland, the ambulances and evacuation vehicles cross the border into Ukraine on May 22 to begin their mission to help transport and heal the wounded.




Mission accomplished! The official handover ceremony of the ambulances and evacuation vehicles took place on May 24th in Kyiv. These vital vehicles are destined for the territorial defense forces in the sunny Kyiv region of Ukraine,where they will play a crucial role in saving lives. Medical professionals estimate that each ambulance can potentially save up to 250 lives per month, supporting both civilian and military personnel impacted by the ongoing war. This is the second consecutive year that UCCA has joined Ukraine Focus in delivering life-saving ambulances to Ukraine.
