American Men's Social Club meeting
Tuesday April 7, 2026 Meeting called to order at 11am by Holova/President Bohdan Puzyk with «Слава Україні»! 1. Member status & welfare- Baranowskyj: 34 active members, 1 member emeritus, 20 members RSVP-d for the meeting, 15 members present, with last minute cancellations there were 12 excused absences. 2. Treasurer report- Petro Kozicky: checking acct. $3,708, Credit Union membership savings acct. $50, there are nine member dues outstanding. As per Agenda, Holova Puzyk opened discussion on following topics, and including other reports: 3. Club name change update to Ukrainian American Men's Social Club (no formal vote, but members present approved unanimously). 4. Ihor Rakowsky: definition of quorum, and re charity donations in case of member/spouse passing. 5. Andrij Futey: excellent report on Ukrainian issues and happenings in Washington; ambulance caravan to Ukraine. (See https://ukrainian-mens-club.org/special.mission.html) 6. Holova Puzyk: report on very successful St. Mary's Easter Bazaar. 7. Gene Tomashosky: report on St. Andrews Oseredok- having multiple events occuring weekly. 8. Bohdan Hirniak: report on very successful Ukrainian Film Festival in Naples FL. on March 15-16, 2026. 9. David Pankiw: update on Rotary's Student Exchange Program from Ukraine. 10. Stefko Dacio: presented group outing trip possibilities. 11. Ihor Charischak: re family from Ukraine in area looking for a good immigration lawyer.
